I recently held a meeting in the Presley Room. It was not set up properly, the Zoom link didn't work and the sound equipment did not work. I paid for food that was never delivered. I was promised exclusive use of the café and people kept walking through, staff included. No cleaning supplies on site, hand sanitizer, etc. There was no IT staff and no one seemed to know what was going on. I sent numerous emails trying to resolve some of these issues and they do not respond! They are disreputable and I will never use them again!
