I'm so glad we have an office on 59th floor. Our foor always clean, we never out of coffee and water, every issue solves momentarily. I absolutely love Personal. Yes, with upper case:) Jessy Tejeda and Carolin Torres are not only keep this floor..let's say..well-organized, but give such an amazing smiles everyone who walk in (or going through). I appreciate the team and the job they do to make our workdays more comfortable. Thanks!

We looked into multiple options for our office space and I am glad we landed at this Virgo location. The office is spacious, the staff is awesome and the view is amazing! This could not have turned out any better.

I am a veteran of 20 years of almost all the business centers in NYC, so one can really say I speak from experience and I have found my home at Virgo in the ESB! I ended up here due to the sudden loss of my lease at another location, and while at the beginning I was not sure of the location I absolutely love it now after one and a half years! The front desk and support staff are lovely and helpful, very important to me since ours is a very small business. The location is perfectly situated between downtown and uptown and subways are plentiful - lots of options. The building speaks for itself, it has style and clout and the views from the 59th floor are stunning and never fail to impress our visitors. Rent is reasonable and I did a lot of research, and the food options are getting better and better (even in the building, where Starbucks delivers to your desk, and you can get excellent sushi and Chop't salad without even going out in inclement weather.. Two little known secrets: there is an excellent gym in the basement which you an join at a nominal fee, and you get 50% off and absolute priority line (no queuing whatsoever) in getting to the observatory - out of town visitors will love it! And Koreatown is a world to explore, love the coffee shops there and I am Italian!
