I read that the estimate was free on their website. Upon speaking with the rep over the weekend I was told no free estimate. Agreed to pay. Made appt. For Monday… No one showed up. I received a text 30 min before appointment requesting further information. Not a phone call a text. When I finally saw the message at the time of my appointment. I responded if they were here. The next reply was a phone call almost an hour after appointment time. I now was told the driver was in an accident, which apartment needed to be inspected, “how much did my previous exterminator charge???” They would not be able to match that. Mind you they were a no show! The reviews must be from friends and family! Consumer beware! To the company. I dare you to call me a liar. You called my business line which records all of my calls. Thanks for nothing! Service: Inspection

Using Rest Easy has been a good experience for my family. Allison was very helpful and took care of all our scheduling needs, and also provided some helpful tips for our pest problem. The exterminator they sent was very knowledgeable, and seemed to do a thorough treatment on our apartment. He was very professional and respectful. Also on time.
