I had an amazing experience working Ian for my first Co-op purchase! As a first time buyer, Ian walked my fiance and I through every step of the purchasing process. He made himself available to hop on a call every time we had a question, coordinated and joined all of our showings, and guided us through the board application and closing process. He never once tried to push us above the budget we had set and always shared his honest (and very insightful) perspective. Buying a home, especially during a pandemic, could have been an incredibly stressful process but Ian made it as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend working with Ian!

I have worked with Ian on 2 past purchases and 1 sale in the past 7 years and have recommended him to others as well. Unlike most other agents, he will always offer his honest opinion backed by experience and data. While other agents will happily agree to everything you show interest in to make a deal, Ian will always play the devil's advocate and actually work in your interest.
