I've worked with this company for atleast 6 months. The schedule is great for amount of work. Im used to working long hours and being on my feet so its great. It helps that the management has an open door policy so if I have changes it easy to communicate being in the industry 10+ years it helps to have someone with more experience and guidance to help navigate new challenges.

Great company to work for, (especially if you need a side job). CEO of the company works both WITH and FOR you as his employee. Regardless of site you are, he will make sure you are happy and committed to working more. Professional & hard working? This is who you work for. Love the company (im only 3 weeks in)

Mr. Molina is very professional and has a good work ethic. Communication is good between managers and guards. Good environment and people on work sites. No issues with getting paid.
