        I was charged $10 to drop off a DHL box that had a pre-paid label. I had already carried the box over several blocks and I didnt' feel like carrying it around with me all day; so I just paid the ridiculous fee; even though everything was already paid for by the company where I was returning clothes.

        The website claims the store opens at 8:30 and the store front sign says 9. Thing is, both are wrong because the owner is extremely late. Silly me for expecting someone to do their job.

        NEVER OPENS ON TIME. Even on the weekends. It is so incredibly frustrating to walk there with a package and have them not be opened yet. Has happened over ten times.
