Gainful

Started with protein but starting loving my hydration MORE. My hydration is formulated with caffeine and I love drinking it while I workout because preworkout gets me too amped. I feel so hydrated and pumped during my workouts. I order the protein every other shipment because I don’t have that often. Customer service is top notch. I’m pretty good with keeping up my subscriptions, and gainful sends a notification before sending your order so Its easy to cancel or skip an order. Ive reached out before when FedEx lost my package, and they were able to help out ASAP. Emails literally came within the hour it was basically live chat.

Ends up costing more than expected and you can’t cancel orders once it’s placed so you get stuck paying a lot more than advertised

I wish I could give it 0 stars...this protein powder is absolutely awful! It's definitely not worth the hype and I didn't find anything impressive about it. I have tried a number of other shakes and this one is not one I would ever purchase again! Once mixed, the "shake" is pure liquid, and I have tried different amounts of liquid, ice and add-ins. Within minutes the ingredients start to separate which makes for an very unappetizing appearance. The taste is equally disappointing. Oh, and no refunds (because it's "customized")...so that's cool. I'm not buying the whole customization piece. After trying this shake it seems more like a marketing ploy, than anything else. Bottom line, don't waste your money- unless you enjoy overpriced liquid yuck.

I've never invested in a personalized protein powder before Gainful, and while I do love the product, I just want to brag on their customer service. My latest order of protein powder got all kinds of messed up after I moved, and Rahcarah completely took care of the problem and even delayed my next protein shipment on my behalf so I wouldn't be sitting on two months worth of protein powder. The entire process took less than 10 minutes - amazing customer service! Thank you, Gainful!

The process of the protein powder is very confusing and they don't give you instructions. Apparently, you mix the flavor sticks with the bags of plain protein powder. It doesn't already come flavored. I found this out after they messed up my flavors TWICE. I emailed them and they tossed me around to a few people and finally told me I would not be receiving a refund, even though they messed up and I didn't like the product quality. I was so hopeful and now just very disappointed with this powder and company.
