My wife just bought me a U-Boat watch from Kenjo for my 40th birthday. All in all the remote service was amazing (We live in California). From initial call to delivery was 8 days, including shipping time from the manufacturer in Italy. Great service, great price, and great delivery. I highly recommend them.

Consistent amazing experience over the past five years. Today I went to replace the battery in my watch and Steve the owner helped me himself. We had a lovely conversation and most impressively, he remembered me from three years ago. I would never go anywhere else!! AMAZING service from purchase to service. I sought the services of KENJO, a true specialty watch shop, to replace a custom band and clasp for a rare-to-find, much loved watch that hasn't been worn in a year since the band broke.  I live out of state and could not find any local jewelers who could help me.  In addItion, I could not find any of the pieces online.  Steven was great in locating the replacement pieces and expediting shipment, at a reasonable price.  When the new band broke two weeks later, and on a weekend, Steven quickly responded and had a new band shipped to me.  I rarely write such reviews, and in the past may have been more inclined to voice displeasure. However, Steven and the KENJO team deserve credit for execellent service, and have a new client for life from me.
