THE ABSOLUTE WORST! First, I wanted to order some flowers for my mother's 72nd birthday (Dec. 4) but when I went to check out, they have every single day in December as a "Holiday Rush Delivery" and charge close to $16 just to deliver flowers 6 blocks away!?!?!?!? This is the MOST I have ever paid for delivery (incl. Valentine's Day, Christmas, super-expedited rush). A few hours later, I received an email confirming delivery. In my mind, this means the flowers were delivered. When I called my mother a couple hours later, she informed me that the flowers have not in fact been delivered. I called this florist back and was connected to someone "not on site" who said that the truck might still be out because of traffic. I don't see how the truck being out would have any bearing on flowers that are confirmed to have been delivered. I asked for a full refund and have not received an email or a call back "confirming" (I'm getting sarcastic here) that I would indeed be getting my money back. I will certainly update this review should they renege on my refund. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST EVER!!!!!!

This business does not pay their bills. The owner Chris Balisteri refuses to come to the phone or respond to past due invoices.

Ordered an arrangement for our anniversary - it arrived on time and was much larger than I expected. Needless to say, we will totally be calling Dick Miller again for flowers!

My fiancé and I sat down with them to discuss our wedding flowers. The woman seemed unprepared and scatter brained probably due to the fact that she had her 2 young children with her during our appointment. We were promised a price quote within the week. We waited until the week ended and still had no price quote. I called to find out what the quote was and was told they would call me back soon. I never heard from them. In fact, I'm still waiting for the quote and/or phone call. My wedding is in a month and we decided to go somewhere else. We feel very uncomfortable with how this florist handles business. I have no idea about the quality of their work because unfortunately we never got that far. I do know that the way things are run here is less than professional.
