1. Doesn’t take responsibility for damage (weed whacked siding and left holes). 2. Doesn’t convey customer requests to onsite workers (don’t drive heavy machinery on newly poured concrete). 3. Doesn’t return telephone calls. 4. Doesn’t properly train onsite workers (cuts lawn too short during heat wave). 5. Doesn’t follow through on request for costs on additional work (mulch, sod).

Matt and crew from Top Shelf Landscaping were fantastic and professional! After the initial meeting, we received a photo of the design so we knew what the finished product would look like and the finished product is beautiful.
