        I been should have wrote this absolutely the best service go here fir all your need BRIAN and whole staff were totally understanding patient knowledgeable never going to another location

        I got to the store around 6:25 on a weekday, there was only one representative helping a customer, I had to stand outside the store for 15 minutes before someone decided to come from the back of the store and help me, the representative told me that its 6:40 and she dont have enough time to help me get a new phone and I should come back a different day, I insisted that I want to get a new phone, and I did get the new phone, but to my surprise she told me that all she can do is to activate my new phone and I have to go home and finish doing everything else. There was 4 other representatives and they were to busy playing loud music and dancing. I would never recommend this store. Its the worst service.
