I understand that getting decent fast-food during these “trying” times may be difficult, but this place hardly even TRIES, I went through this drive-through two times after telling the person over the speaker that I 2 simple sandwiches plain- that’s it! The second time I was so exhausted I ordered a drink, I was so tired and ready to get home and so irritated I just drove off knowing that my order was still probably wrong or cold and I would be precisely correct, not only did they give me two sandwiches that I did not order but they gave me a large drink the other places charge $.99 for where he will pay $2.99 for here so full of ice I had maybe 2 ounces of soda in the cup after dumping out the ice! Everything was cold as if it had been sitting there the whole time, this is just absolutely ridiculous! I have been trying to call for the last 10 minutes just to tell them that I would like to come back and get a refund at some point in the near future but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone! People here are rude and disrespectful, my suggestion is go out of your way to find another McDonald’s if that’s what you were in the mood for but to wholeheartedly avoid this McDonald’s- unless you enjoy these experiences. 👎👎👎👎

To the shift leader Heather on 1/7 you did a wonderful job considered you were the only one working. McDonald that is a shame that poor woman had to make the burgers, fries and cash people out. And this isn't the first time I seen this shift leader doing the best what little she was given . It wouldn't hurt to let the store close early with no help. I hope you promoted her or give her more money. The one star isn't for Heather but McDonald letting you work in those conditions.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s. They need to get better management or shut this one down. I live 0.1 mile from this location and I will literally drive to the other side of Glenwood to avoid dealing with the poor customer service and even worst food quality here. They always serve stale fries and the lettuce is always wilted. I wish I could give them zero stars because they don’t even pick up the phone when you try to call the location to speak to a manager. Save yourself a headache, don’t eat here.
