BUYER BEWARE: If I could give zero stars I would. I called earlier this am and explicitly stated I needed a very special delivery by the end of the day today. When I noticed it hadn't been received at least 1.5 hours BEFORE closing time, I called again to double check that it was on the delivery truck and the person I spoke to assured me it would be delivered by end of day today. Low and behold I get a call close to 1 hour before closing time saying they had to wait until the morning but they would still charge me the $20 delivery fee. I said there was no way I would pay that much since the onus was on them. They tried to negotiate down to $10.95 but wouldn't budge since they made an error x 2. They canceled my order without asking me if that was ok and that is NOT ok. I am glad they won't have a dime from me in the end but what an disgusting way to do business. So incredibly disappointing.

Wow!!! What a beautiful birthday bouquet!!! I called and asked for a colorful summer bouquet with the freshest flowers they had available. Boy did they deliver!!!! 😍 Thank you 100 times!!! My friend loves her flowers!!!! 🙏🏽

NO, NO, NO - buyer beware Had to cancel my order. Ordered flowers for my wife’s 50th birthday and requested a morning delivery because we were traveling and wanted flowers to arrive. When the flowers hadn’t arrived by 1pm I called and was told that they would be 1st on the next delivery route. By 3pm they still had not arrived and I called again only to be told the driver gets to make his own routes and they’d arrive by 6pm (which was too late). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service and customer service at this florist. Was unwilling to make it right, and argued with me that they were not at fault. Buyer beware.
