Hopefully, mine was just a one-off experience, but I chose them specifically because they promised to deliver a bouquet before a certain time. This was very important, and I made sure they were aware of that. Unfortunately, they were two hours late, which caused significant problems and ruined a rather special surprise. To make matters worse, there was no explanation and no apology. I will not be using this company again. (I gave two stars because the flowers did turn out nice.)

Price Davis florist came through last minute for me on 30 stems of hydrangea. They had my color, they were healthy and the owner was an absolute pleasure to meet. He gave me tips on preserving the freshness and an email address to send a photo of my final arrangements simply for his viewing pleasure. I thought that was really special. Not to mention, he saved me a bundle of money compared to the other florists in Winston Salem. Thank you.

I'm from out of town and needed to send a gift, but wasn't sure of a florist. I took a chance and called, spoke with Lisa, she was extremely accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. I wish they were local they would be my number one choice. Truly an impressive shop! I'll definitely be using them again.
