We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with Micaela in selling our home. It’s almost scary how many real estate agents there are in Winston Salem. We met with several and didn’t feel comfortable at all. As soon as we talked to Micaela we knew we were a great match and that she would put in the right effort. Our home was booked solid for days and we had almost 2 dozen offers that Micaela professionally arranged for us to go over the pros and cons of every single one. I’m the end we got much more for our home than we originally anticipated and we were able to use that to get something nicer than we had hoped for. If you are looking for a realtor just talk with Micaela and you’ll understand why we are so happy!

Wow! Buying a house is a whirlwind of activity and all goes by much faster than I ever thought. I would have been so lost without Micaela by my side to handle so many of the crazy things that came up. She was there protect my money and listen to me when I was frustrated. She’s my real estate agent FOR LIFE!

I had a poor experience with Micaela, and I would highly recommend avoiding. I recently purchase a home in Winston Salem and put a great deal of trust in her as I was from out of state. I had a bad feeling when the inspection came in, there were some signs of structual issues but as in many inspection reports there are going to be all sorts of things called out. I specifically asked Micaela if there were any red flags. She called out a couple very minor issues the seller fixed within a week. What she didn’t mention were signs of structual damage, and also is well known about the house is the kitchen island wasn’t centered. You can’t tell from the photos but to a person everyone who has visited notices it immediately. Unfortunately this wasn’t the only issue. There were twisted floor joists from stairs being installed producing a bubble in my floor. The first time I stepped into the house I tripped on it it’s so big. I had flooring experts out and they told me there is no way new flooring could be installed without resolving the issue. $15,000 dollars later I have the issue resolved. She didn’t represent me, didn’t tell me about these obvious issues and was not helpful for referrals for repair, my questions about solar installs, Or really anything else. I asked who she used for staging because I liked the look of the place and she literally told me “this isn’t California we don’t stage out here “ which is literal nonsense. I’m going to actively steer people away from her when i see people using the Winston Salem Facebook group but also want to put the word out on Google as well. Being taken advantage of isn’t fun and can’t be tolerated.
