        Visited the location at parkway plaza after visiting cricket too compare rates. Some of the worst customer service ever encountered. We were greeted but after stating we were looking too purchase a phone and change carriers we got the silent treatment. I then had too stare at this employee till they walked over and read the prices as if we couldn't read and walked off. I picked a phone and asked what the walk out price was. Ol we don't have that one. I then picked out another one and asked the same question only too be ignored cause a friend of employee walked in. We waited 5 minutes and finally said nevermind thank you anyways and walked out.
