Services provided at South Fargo Matts were well done but... First time I brought my car in I got it back with a big grease stain on the passenger seat. Deciding I would give them a second chance, I recently dropped my car off before work for a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change and listed that I would like them to check my A/C and drivers side headlight as they had not been working properly. Both of these requests were confirmed days before the appointment date. I didn't hear from them the day of the appointment until around 2:45 pm when I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that it was still in the shop and they would send me my quote soon. Once I got off the phone, I finally received documentation requesting approval to work on multiple things on my car INCLUDING checking my headlights and A/C. After having my car for almost 7 hours no one had reached out for approval to complete the services I had brought it in for. After calling again I was told that there would not be time to complete the requested services since it was now close to the end of the work day. I will be finding another place to bring my car in the future that completes the requested services. Service: Oil change

Great people and a great place to get car work done. Chris went out of his way to help. Got stuff covered under warranty when the dealership said no. Would definitely go back!

They checked if I needed new brake pads when another suggested it. I ended up being able to wait another year for it. It helps when you're low on cash. Thanks.
