Wizard of Kids

I am disappointed I can’t give a 5 star rating because we truly love our crib, dresser, and rocker we received over 2 years ago for our son. The customer service seemed great, we received a hand thank you note for our purchase and highly trusted Wizard of Kids for future purchases. I purchased a couple of smaller items and a handy pack n play that could fit in our camper that I couldn’t find elsewhere in town. However, the last 7-9 months I have been super disappointed with the service we have received. We purchased an additional part for our crib for transitioning our son into a day bed. My husband and I called multiple times throughout the last months starting back in September or October- it’s been too long that I have forgotten when this all started. I am not entirely sure why we hadn’t received the part, it was something along the lines it was in a warehouse or couldn’t be shipped yet. I felt my husband and I were patient, considering it had been months with no news after several follow up calls. But enough was enough, nothing was being done so my husband had to be rude over the phone. He was informed the owner would contact him regarding the order but weeks passed so we finally decided we no longer needed the headache. They were fortunate enough to refund our money but we still are left without this part and simply frustrated by the lack of effort on their end. We will look elsewhere for our future needs..
