Hired for snow removal for winter 2022-2023 in Horace, ND. They Used a plow truck to clean driveway which ended up narrowing the driveway significantly after a couple bad storms. Asked them to widen the driveway multiple times and it never got done. Had to call a couple times asking if they were even coming out. The last two storms, they didnt even show up. I messaged them and they didnt respond, but shows that it was read. Would not recommend or hire again.

Hired then fired for snow removal. A variety of late evening crews came with a pickup snow plow and pushed snow on the lawn, tore up the grass in several places, no sidewalks done unless over a foot deep. Requested to have mailbox area cleaned, never done. Fired & requested refund. No response. Not professional.
