Old Chicago

We stayed at the La Quanta and walked across to Old Chicago Pizza. When we arrived the fellow told use (4) adults that there’s a 30 minute wait due to NO servers. We were ok with this ! We were then seated and waited and waited till our friend called over a young lady by the name of Joann. He asked for water and she says do you have a waiter ? Nope no waiter. Joann said give me a couple of minutes and I’ll be right back . Joann can back with water took our order then came back regularly to check up on us. Joann was very very pleasant and caring about our needs. The food was GREAT . THANK YOU Joann for all you did for us the evening of Feb 16/2020 . 🇨🇦🤗🇨🇦

I've been here several times, I've sat at tables, booths and at the bar. It didn't seem to matter where I sat or how slow or busy it was, the service was always slow. Slow to be greeted, for any refills or anything that was needed. The food is always great, but be prepared to wait.
