Wanted to use coupons, wasn't aloud, waitress said she'd ask manager. Manager comes over, (dressed like a slob) stares at us, we just sit there not even knowing he was the manager, he said "YOU wanted to talk to the manager" he very rudely said we can't use the coupon because it's not really a bw3. Then to top it off we were charged extra for a kids veggie side, that the menu said was a side w/ a kids meal! Very uninformed staff, & unprofessional! Can't even select the store on bw3 website under contact us! And our order took forever, & "the manager" just set it on the counter, 3 minutes later the waters brought it to us.

Not a bad place to go. Cheap also which is nice.

Absolutely miserable every time I go to this location. Took 40 minutes for wings, and they did nothing about it. They always close the kitchen earlier than what they tell every one, every time you call no one sounds happy at all, and treats you like a total inconvenience. The food isn't even worth it. Do not waste your time on this location. Take the extra drive to another one, or even better, quaker steak and lube.
