        I ordered a necklace for my daughter. It took 2 weeks to even ship. I got it a few days later. When I did, a $200 necklace wasn't in a box but rather a pouch so it can get tangled every time it's put away

        Mike was awesome! Right off the bat, he greeted my girlfriend and I with a friendly smile and handshake, asking for our names. He understood that we weren't looking to purchase today, and he was very respectful, helpful and fun! He did an amazing job helping us find what we like and don't like. He also had a great sense of humor and made our day better!
