Sprint Store

We added a line to our account and did not notice until we go home they added a insurance to the new phone without asking. It took months to get it refunded. A couple months later we upgraded a phone online and made sure to not add the insurance and did store pick up. All the personal did who was helping us out was try to sell us on phone cases or upgrades to the account. No mention of adding insurance, no paperwork and not on the receipt. A month later when we got our bill, it was added again. I used the online chat to get it removed this time rather than going into the store. We will be reporting this practice to the BBB

Took my son’s phone into the store for a badly damaged screen. They were helpful and fast. We didn’t have to wait for service at all. Milton was fantastic! He knew I was short on time and got the phone fixed fast so I could take it home with me. Beyond pleased

Never go on a Saturday. They are too busy to help. I have had several upgrades and they try to tell me everytime I need to log on to my apps again etc. They are wrong.

I needed my screen replaced. The staff was very efficient and courteous.
