My roof leaked for almost the entire year I lived in one of the owners apartments. The owner tried repairing it himself and with his friends multiple times but I continuously had water pouring into my apartment, ruining numerous possessions and electronics. He constantly thanked me for being patient with him while my roof continued leaking (I have Text messages spanning the entire year showing the details), but when I was in the process of moving, I was hit by another car and was past my final day due to injury. Instead of calling it even after A YEAR of my ceiling leaking, he took money out of my security deposit for prorated rent. I wouldn't recommend any of the owners properties to any renters. The “friends” he had in my apartment to do repairs were drug addicts (I watched One snort a pill on the roof and the other asked me if I had Any pills), so unless you want sketchy people in your apartment to “do repairs”, avoid any of this man’s buildings at all cost. Wayne, the owner, was also frequently drunk around the building, reading of alcohol and slurring his words when he tries to talk.
