        New management has really turned this place around. Queen City has always been a great little community but it definitely needed active attention and work, and Venture has done excellent work in their short time of managing this community.

        The new owners and management are really fixing this place up and putting forth real effort at making it a better place! Ms. Booker, the property manager, is not only on point and responsive to tenant needs, but has also been very friendly and gone above and beyond to ensure things are done in a timely manner. Can't wait to see what it's like this time next year!
