        I called to find out information about the ADA, thinking we may have a case related to my minor child. I explained the situation to the secretary, who transfers me to an attorney (Robert Carl), and I start to explain the situation to him because the secretary did not relay it to him. He interrupted me to say maam Im very busy, get to the point. I apologized for wasting his time and as concisely as I could, I explained the situation to which he responded I dont even do school law and I said again, Im sorry to have wasted your time, I dont know why she transferred me to you after I explained the situation at length if you cannot help me and in an increasingly condescending tone he said neither do I. I apologized again and hung up. I dont know why I would even consider hiring an attorney with such an unprofessional and difficult demeanor. I certainly will be telling family and friends to avoid this firm as well.
