The Proper Puppy

Hannah is the best. In the past, she worked really well with my anxious mix breed rescue puppy. Not only did she help my dog come out of her shell, but she helped teach me skills to train my dog in the future. When we got my beagle puppy, Hannah helped me understand his different needs being a high energy and higher prey drive. Hannah has been an extremely valuable resource for my dogs and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an understanding and dedicated dog trainer.

The Proper Puppy does things right. Careful, thoughtful and positive. I would absolutely turn to them when a new puppy joins our household. (Virtually now - and that's a great option too)

I met Trainer Hannah 10 years ago while working together at the Cincinnati Zoo, training exotic animals. She is my go-to person for consulting on ethical, positive reinforcement based training and behavior modification. Her knowledge is extraordinary and I would 100% trust her judgment in ALL things dog related. In addition, she is one of the most pleasant people to communicate with and I recommend her services to ANYONE looking to increase communication, cohabitation and training with their pet.
