I pull up to the speaker and usually you get a pleasant greeting... I got a “go ahead” I asked if I could use two different coupons on the same order ($1.99 kids meal and $2.00 off a full salad) he replied I don’t know.... we can try.... go ahead......This made me feel very rushed and like I was a burden....The wait times here are so long and ridiculous but once you get up to the window to pay you realize why .The employees there seem like they’re more worried about getting off work then actually doing their job. They complain with the drive thru window open, the male who took my order was screaming at other employees” Someone better turn that damn thing off”. First off I don’t want to hear someone screaming let alone I don’t want my child in the backseat to hear you cursing! Apparently they don’t care if a customer here’s them. I would assume that if I’m Waiting over ten minutes that atleast my food would be accurate and fresh.... Not at all was my food fresh and I was missing items that I ordered...... I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE! THIS WENDY’S IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Also I was a manager for Wendy’s in west Chester for 3 years and this type of service would not have been tolerated for a second!

Horrible wait times when they were open speaking of which they are no longer open they are permanently closed. Fast food in general in this area is garbage.

They changed. Chicken size, very sad. Honestly not worth the money. Food was old, cold fried taste like cardboard and no salt, nuggets cold, single was in pieces.

I'm sorry, they need more training here! Won't be back till they improve service and qualityof food.
