Christopher Heiny: Allstate Insurance

Christopher Heiny was persistent and insisted he could save me money on a new auto policy, and by golly, he did! I like him and I like the personalized service I get from his agency. I'm really glad he was persistent because I had given up and just bought on-line from another company who advertises low rates, because I had to have it NOW. Christopher Heiny showed me how he could lower my premiums and explained how he could get my money back from Geico - and he did it! I'm really glad I switched - I even changed my homeowner's policy because of him and the low rates Allstate charges!

got locked into a rate and years later I got wind that Allstate set up my account wrong so it led to a huge increase in my payment. How is it that it took 4-5 years to catch the error instead of a 4-5 days?! Not happy. Lots of my friends and family have since informed me this happens quite frequently with companies like Allstate and others. Like some sort of scam.

We have had many home and auto claims through the years and Chris and his team have helped us get the maximum benefits from our insurance.

Very unprofessional in his work ethic. Was not impressed at all! There are plenty of other Allstate agents out there that you could choose from, and you probably should. Sorry, but i would take a pass at this one.
