I needed sell my house needed basement waterproofing done. My house also failed the dye test so i needed sewer work done. Mike was very professional, completed the work within the time he specified it would take, cleaned up after himself and even left my yard looking better than he found it. I'm very pleased that companies such as municipal services exist. I would definitely recommend this company if you want work done right!

Terrible service! Poor quality on work, was lied to repeatedly and led to a confrontation with field supervisor when they tried to blame us for the concrete dust from their saw, said my family got mud on it, we never stepped foot on it. Funny how they stained right over their own dust, real professional, stain was shape of their concrete saw. Then to blame us..., only reason they fixed it was because I told them if they sealed it like that, I was going to hold back my payment and take this to court. They did a half assed fix, ironically, one year later, it already started coming discoloring. And the cracks where they cut went from a saw blade width originally to half inch wide after 2 years, save your money and go with a real company, these folks are a rip off, terrible job for spending over $4000 on a patio

Horrible customer service. Waited around for a quote and never came. Why would anyone hire a company with bad reviews and.poor customer service??????

This is a bogus company that is actually Municipal Services of America operating under another name. Just a name swap to confuse customers.
