        DO NOT purchase pet insurance from this company!! Stay far away They purposefully make the claims process difficult in order to avoided reimbursing you. Even though they’ve received all the proper documentation, they keep asking for more detail notes to process our claim. Thus, they keep placing our claim on hold. This is the WORST experience thus far!!! The rave reviews on this page appear to be fabricated.
