We used Eroc's limo services for a bachelorette party of 7 people to Geneva wineries last Saturday. Even before our event, Eric was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The day of, our driver Mack was 15 minutes early and helped us load everything we had into the limo and connect our phones to play music. Mack was overall great and friendly. We had most of our stops planned out to give to him when he arrived, but he was also great when we added an extra stop last minute. The limo was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a limousine for an evening out, I highly recommend Erocs Limousine Services. We hired Erocs for the evening (5:00PM to midnight) for a girls night out birthday celebration. It was perfect!!! The limo arrived early. It was exactly like the picture Eroc had sent me. It had everything inside he had told me would be provided (crystal drink glasses, ice, etc.). All we had to provide was the alcohol. The limo arrived early to the initial pick-up location. We went to four different places and the limo dropped us off right at the door, and picked us up right at the door very promptly every time. The driver was very professional, polite, and patient with all the noise going on in the back of the limo. The limo was very clean and very comfortable for our party of six. I cannot say enough positive things about how pleased all of us were with the limo service that night. It allowed us to safely get where we were going, and to not have to worry about drinking and driving. If you are looking for a limo service for a night out, or even just a ride to the airport, I highly recommend Erocs. Also, the company has a fleet of different sized vehicles to suit your needs.

I was looking for a limo service in the Cleveland area for a "girl's night out" birthday celebration for my sister.  There were six of us girls going out on the town.  I found Eroc's Underground Limo Services online and contacted the company.  I spoke with the owner (Eroc) and he told me the cost (which was very reasonable) and sent me pictures of the limo he recommended for our girl's night out.  We did go with Eroc's, and I am so happy we did.  The limo arrived early at the first pick-up point, and the entire evening - from 5:00PM to midnight - went smoothly.  We went to four different locations, and the limo dropped us off right at the door, and picked us up at the same spot shortly after we contacted the driver.  We arrived safely to each location and did not have to worry about drinking and driving.  The limo was the perfect size and was very clean and elegant inside.  Everything that Eroc had told me would be provided by the limo company was provided:  crystal drinking glasses, napkins, ice ... all we had to provide was the booze.  The driver was very professional and courteous and also very patient with all the noise going on in the back of the limo.  Hiring Eroc's Limo was definitely the right decision, and I highly recommend this company for a night out, or even just a ride to the airport.  The company has a fleet of different sized vehicles for different occasions.  Thanks, Eroc's Limo, for helping to make my sister's birthday celebration such a success!
