This development in Pittsburgh is still under construction with only phase 1 currently occupied and 2 other phases still in development. NRP Doesn’t seem to be able to facilitate keeping phase 1 operating at a “luxury apartment” status… appears to be more “dorm like” with the lack of cleanliness.There doesn’t appear to be any maintenance whatsoever in any of the common areas. The thermostat is permanently “broken” and is daily set to 80°+. The mailroom is lacking organization and there is no security like any other luxury apartment in this area. Sadly rent is already going up. Could have been a great addition to this area but they seemed to have dropped the ball.

There's a power outage in my family's members senior building. They have not been to the site to check or update the residents!! Terrible customer service!!

Horrible company. They don’t care about residents just the bottom line. My building had 6 leasing agents on staff and only one maintenance person. Whenever something breaks (which happens a lot due to the builder grade construction quality) I have to wait days for someone to fix it. Cars get stolen and damaged in the parking lots because management refuses to put up security cameras or gates. My rent was raised $100 last month during covid while the amenities have been cut.

I live at the Edison in Cleveland and moved here just about 3 weeks ago. The attentiveness of the staff and response time is remarkable. This is my third apartment complex I’ve lived in and also third rental company and this is by far the best. I’ve had amazing experiences with Veronica Albino in particular. The move in process was effortless with her and she is always helpful with any and every question I ask her. Thank you Veronica and thank you NRP Group for being so amazing!

I just moved in to one of their properties and its been annoying... I asked about the construction across the street before I moved in and the leasing agent said they were done. I move in and I see they are about to start building 4 more units right across from my apt so that will be a fun summer of construction noise and dust to deal with... Also no one told me where the trash room was or how to buzz guests in when I moved in so I guess you are just supposed to figure that out yourself... I kept getting emails with the wrong move in date as well. Moving is already stressful and this place did not make it any easier. I have noticed that the walls are super thin and you can hear everything in the hallways which sucks, they charge premium prices but its all builder grade construction with no insulation or sound proofing. They also didn't change the filters in the HVAC before I moved in I had to make a maintenance request to get that done. I had an unauthorized charge on my rent and it took me two days to get clarification on that, I paid my rent and it didn't go through because their website sucks. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for a three weeks and no one has contacted me yet. These people don't care about the residents. Last night they had a private party that everyone was here for but couldn't take the time to help me with my issues. I would not recommend moving here.
