Service & customer service is horrible.. Unprofessional agents & drivers.. From no show pick-ups to no calls for the no show pick-ups.. Ace taxi is garbage.. Every week its an issue getting to & from my dialysis appointments, literally every week

Booked a ride for someone and they never showed up. Called to check on them and was told they hadn't found a driver! They get your phone number when you book, you'd think they could contact you to let you know. The person was waiting outside a store that had closed, without her phone and it was freezing. Not good customer service. I ended up ordering her an Uber. Note to self, just stick with Uber, forget about Ace.

First and last time using this service. I called At 11am to get a pick up and was confirmed for 12pm(my appointment time was 12:30). The driver called me at 12pm to say he was on his way and would be there in 15 min. He didnt show up until 12:30 drove under the speed limit the entire time and ultimately I was Extremely late for my appointment and fined. My pick up was scheduled for 1:10pm, nobody is here and its now 1:29pm. After calling the dispatch I was told 15 minutes. I just got a call from a driver who was yelling that hed be here in 20min. I have a toddler with me as well. I regret using their services and Im almost certain any positive reviews are from friends of the business owners. This entire situation and false information has caused us to be late and pay more for a simple trip. I will Use over and Lyft in emergencies from now on its also cheaper too.

The driver was so mad. Then, trip coming back, they didn't know when they could have someone to pick me up. One of the worst experiences of my life.
