I went to my mother’s nursing home to meet the Safeway driver to give him the check for the service before he was to transport my elderly, demented mother to an event. As instructed by Safeway, I was to arrive early and give the driver the check for service prior to the ride. Upon approaching his van window and introducing myself, he reprimanded and scolded me for approaching him... How else was I to give him the check? Being scolded by the driver was very upsetting as typically our drivers are kind and friendly. Not today.

Driver was very helpful and waited for me even though I was running a bit late. 10/10 recommend.

This guy is a straight up thief DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE . I was not able to use this service Usually everybody uses “pay on delivery” now i see why this crook wanted his money up front I was very very very hesitant due to his EXTREME !!! Pushyness i was warmed of this guy but it was to late i already gave him my down payment So many new terms came after i paid him like notary amd other particulars that je “forgot” to mention I will fight like hell to stop this crook !!!!!!
