I have lived in The Deco for about 2.5 years. Overall I found it a wonderful place to live and have no complaints. My apartment gets a lot of light, has modern amenities, and overlooks the pool. I have not had any issues with noisy neighbors, and in fact the neighbors I have met are lovely. The management replies promptly to maintenance and other requests and clearly communicates cleaning. Two perks are the valet trash service which comes the night before every weekday to pick your trash up from your apartment door, and the pool, which is never too crowded. I love Clintonville as a neighborhood (very green and friendly) and there are many restaurants and services nearby, including a vet, waffle/coffee food truck, several supermarkets, and more. I would (and have) recommend this place to anyone moving to the area.
