I would give no stars if I could. This place is the worst. As of rn I got off the phone with maintenance after a week of calling to get our air fixed they told us after a week of waiting it'll be next week before we get someone out here as well as they said it needs to be over 90 degrees in unit to be a concern. We have a 2 year old and that is even the start. This place is over priced for a rusty poorly put together apartment. When we moved in ,paint was all over the floor, stairs ,and bathroom, The bathroom was not sealed around the tub and sink. Half our outlets don't work. As well as downstairs sink isn't even attached. The vents are only placed in the walls. NO SCREWS HOLDING IT. Management has changed 4 times in 3 years each time the lease changes.this place is a sham. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY unless you absolutely need to. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

We have been in Columbus for 5 years and when I tell you no one keeps their word, I meant no one. Until today Kelly at Skyview keeps her word it may take a while but she is true to that. I really have nothing bad to say about these apartments. We stayed for two years and only left because the price increases( like all of Columbus). The new owners of these townhouses have really changed the game for residents our here! Kelly and Isaac are doing an awesome job getting people into beautiful renovated units that past companies promised and never followed through on. The pest problem is under control and the maintenance team is the best I've ever seen! Jeremy and Jerry have been awesome! Kudos! My family definitely appreciates you guys as I'm sure others do!!
