My sister has been trying to get ahold of the business via phone which is a cell phone always turned off the. When we would drive by they would be closed. She bought a car 2 months ago and still can’t get the title because they are never there or the only working number is to a turned off cell phone.

I reply to a fb ad to take a look at a Toyota Camry they have for sale for $5,500, They replied rather fast and asked to come and take a look at the car. I arrived at the dealership soon after. When I arrived, there was a lady talking on the phone in one office space and a gentleman sitting playing on the phone on the other side. I asked to take a look at the Camry in which he promptly furnished the key for me to take it for a test drive. According to the fb ad and I quote " Vehicle in great condition, engine runs great! Very quiet, transmission shift great NO ISSSUE exterior is in good shape with no rust. Interior in good shape no rips or stains. Vehicle has 105,000 miles. Vehicles drive very good. Se Habla espanol text/call ***-***-****" as I took a quick glance at the car, the engine compartment looked very good, major props on the person that does the detail of the car. you can tell the windshield was replaced at some point and there was a few scratches which is not a big deal. The car is a 4 cylinder car which it is a detail they should mention on the ad but again not a big deal. The car started on point. However, that was about as good as it got. The abs light is on. As I took a right turn on the main rd. and accelerated, the car seemed to have good acceleration and then I hit a bump and my experience started to change. The suspension needs fixed asap. I would not take the car into the highway because the steering wheel was shaking. As I pushed on the breaks, the car started to shake which is a sign of bad rotors. It was enough for me to take it back and have a conversation to see if I get some of my questions answered since I was willing to negotiate a price on the car due to the money it will need to be put on the suspension and brake parts. Well, as I parked the car and head back to the office, the gentleman who gave me the keys was again sitting like he owns the place while the other lady was doing work. I asked the guy if he knew why the abs light is on and he replies "idk, the abs light sometimes comes on due to dirt" I laughed inside but let it go. Then I told him if there was anything wrong with the suspension of the car and then he had the audacity to say the car is in mint condition and there is nothing wrong with the car. At that point I decided not to pursue because it was clear to me the guy had no idea what he was talking about or if he did know he really did not care about selling me the car. So I wished him a good day and left. If the owner happens to read this, this happened on Friday June 4th about 12:45pm. If I talked to the owner then all I can say is WOW. If I talked to an employee, I suggest to not have this person as a sales person because his behavior was not professional. The car is not worth the $5,500 it was advertise and any chance of negotiating a deal flew away the minute I went back and ask if he knew the reason the abs light was on. I see this car dealership has some pretty good reviews. Mine was not.
