Patsy was wonderful! She went way above and beyond the call of duty to get the final missing llama, of the set, reunited with the rest of their family. Avery ( the lavender new arrival) will be cherished and celebrated. (Hence the cup cake party). A million thank yous for all you did!!!

Very grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. I am out of state and had to order for my Aunt who was heading to a nursing home for rehabilitation. At the last minute, she went to her home instead but the flowers were already on the delivery truck to the wrong location. I called the store and the sweet receptionist took care of it and had the flowers re-routed for me. Excellent customer service and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you!!
