        Took a watch in to get the battery and crystal replaced. I could have done this myself, but I was busy with the holidays and did not feel like going through the trouble...boy was that a mistake. Owner said it would take 2 weeks. 10 weeks later and still no call to pick up my watch. When I have called in to get a status update the staff has been rude and answered none of my questions. At this point I am just hoping I get the watch period. Their prices are reasonable, but this whole experience is just absurd. If you want to get a watch serviced, go somewhere else.

        Love this place. Truly a rarity to find a place that sells such wonderful vintage pieces and can do all types of repairs, too. Lou and everyone at the store are terrific!
