Motel 6 Columbus - Worthington I-270 High St

Well... I didn't actually stay there, but the thing to know about this one is that there are now 2 Motel 6 locations side-by-side. Edit: I do believe that one of them changed hands a while back, so I don't think there are 2 motel 6 locations side-by-side any longer. I suppose that could get a bit confusing if you're not from around here.

Dirty floor, had to dry off the 1st night w a hand towel,rude people at the front desk (except for Julian, he was great), no hot water 2nd night. Asked for clean linens, the older guy at the front desk didn't want to be bothered, Slept between the sheet and comforter before I finally got clean sheets, no light over the sink (broke)

I work in the railroad industry, travel all over the country, AND THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL6 I'VE EVER STAYED IN! I really like your app on my phone, booking/check-in/payment is always easy, but 7480 is a disaster. You should quickly disassociate you name with this establishment, or bulldoze it. It took the front desk 1.5 hours to check me in, and I had a reservation. The entire building wreaks of cigarette/pot smoke. I asked to have a missing light bulb replaced in my room...2 nights and it never got done. The drain in my bathroom sink was completely clogged. The nosing on the treads in the stairwell is coming off, a serious tripping hazard. No joke...wrecking ball.

This location was extremely dirty and the personnel is extremely rude! They do not provide maid service to give clean towels nor change bed linens when a person has been staying for an extended number of days. The sink was extremely dirty upon my arrival. The toilet had mold and lime build up in it and it appeared as if it had not been cleaned in several weeks. I had to request clean towels and linens as well as toilet paper for my room from the front desk, and I had to go and retrieve these items myself, as I was told from the front desk clerk that they were 'too busy to worry about my problem right now'! I will definitely NOT stay at this location EVER again and I will DEFINITELY let my friends and family members know about my terrible experience from this Motel 6.

I enjoyed my stay. It was peacefull and for the most part quiet. The staff was very friendly as well as helpful.
