My furnace went out and I needed a cash loan to pay for the repair. It was not a fun moment in my life when I realized I was so strapped for cash that I had to pawn some of my possessions. Before coming here, I stopped at a few other pawn shops to see how much of a loan I could get. Both times, the sales associate were loud, abrasive, and not willing to offer what I thought the merchandise was worth. I get it...in the pawn shop business, you sometimes have to deal with theft, haggling and less than ideal customers, so almost by default, you need to develop a tough demeanor when dealing with customers. But, those experiences caused me to take my business elsewhere and I am thankful I found this place. I worked with Melissa, who treated me with dignity and respect in a difficult time. She also provided me with the loan amount that I needed to take care of my furnace repair. The terms were reasonable and I left with not only a high opinion of her and the store, but also an intention for repeat business.

Wonderful service, I dealt with Jacob, hes very knowledgeable about everything in his shop. 10/10 would recommend if in the area!!!
