A plumber came out, left to get a part, and we’ve never heard from them again, despite leaving messages on the main line. This is during covid so I hope they are ok but would have appreciated a call.
UPDATE: They responded after I posted this review and came out a few days later -- appreciate the follow-up very much!

Over all a great experience,Thomas on the fist call in was professional, friendly, and effective to get the ball rolling. Kendra was great to work with on putting the estimate together, Jeremy and his crew showed up on time as promised and got it all knocked out in great time, my water was off for a little over 3 hours, thank you for a job very well done Windsor.

We first contacted the big commercial plumbers because they popped up first on Google search. They were not concerned about helping us just to make that sale by getting financing to do the work. We told them we would think about it until I did another search and Windsor plumbing popped up. Jodi called and said let us earn your business
They came out and did a free inspection. Low and behold their price bet the big commercial companies. They did the inspection and explained everything that was going on with our main sewer line system. He showed us what was happening as he put the camera through the line. We were just comfortable with Windsor plumbing. It is during the covid that all this took place. They were going to do the work on Friday but was able to push the time up. So thankful that Jodi called us back. Thank you.
