Just tried to make an appointment for my dog and the two people that we talked to sounded annoyed that we were even calling and got more annoyed with each simple question we asked about prices. Never once asked when we wanted to schedule even though we were asking when they had an availability and hung up without saying bye without even setting up an appointment for us. Would've been a lifelong customer seeing how we live down the street. The response to this makes no sense. We asked two questions about price. Too much? I think not. We were very nice and polite. Take responsibility for your rude workers.
