        I visited this Hot Head burritos 8/13/21 at 5:13 p.m. When I walked in 2 gentlemen behind the counter were talking and continued to talk for about a minute and a 1/2. I then proceeded to place my order for my burrito and he put my shells on the warmer then walked away and never came back. I waited about 2 minutes and the gentleman never returned. The 2nd gentleman went to the lobby and started filling chips. Both gentlemen looked to be under the influence

        Went and grabbed some lunch. The restaurant was short staffed as their was only one employee working the entire store from making the food to cashing everyone out. The employee was cool while under pressure as the line started to form behind me. Overall a great experience besides the wait but just made choosing that much more easier in what I wanted when it was my turn to order.

        I went to the one in Pickerington and I loved it and the guy checking us out and the manager was amazing and making me laugh the whole time . I would highly recommend it ❤️
