SUPER bad attitude and yelled at my kids when they stepped on the welcome mat, not recommend

This store has 4 employees and l went there to change my number that l get last month. Because l have many spam messages and calls which is inconvenience. They asked me to call 611 which is the poor customer service number. I told them I was waiting 34 minutes and no one get my call. They said we agree about what you said!! The guy that helped me kindly call 611 and asked to change the number. According to the representative, I was not eligible for change that number because it was changed within last 90 days!! How that will happen? After that they asked me for 10$ fee for each line. Before l did payment l asked to changed my monthly plan and they said l am unable to do so!! After many tries, the guy was able to change to plan. However, they will be changing me for my previously plan not the updated one I will not recommend T-mobile for anyone!

This T-mobile Service stinks I just bout A phone A week ago Seen it was Purple and asked the guy did they have A different color he said No so I asked for my money back and said I don't want that phone remind you it wasn't open he said No because it been open and all he did was tour A sticker off

The store next to Costco needs customers serviceb training. They refused to accept a device that I had bought the day before from another T-Mobile store.

Unfriendly. The company required a mask for customers this is find but they do not have extras for customers. Then we I finally got services because I am a sprint customer on T-mobile network I could not get internet. I understand that I walk in 1 hour before you closed but there is always a way to help customers.
