      image I had placed a last minute Valentine's Day order for a friend via their website. They gave me a call later in the afternoon to let me know that due to their stock, the arrangement would be a little different than pictured (completely understandable given my timing), and that they'd do what they could to fill it out. The arrangement was absolutely lovely, and arrived in a timely manner, no small fear for a same day V-Day purchase. I really appreciated them taking the time on a busy holiday to make me aware of the situation, too.
