I came in here looking for renters insurance and to learn about life insurance and they did BEYOND that for me. They were able to work professionally, while also making me feel comfortable and at home. They took the time to explain the certain policies that I was not familiar with, and explained them in a way that made sense to my every day lifestyle. I left beyond happy and saved tons of money. I left with renters insurance, life insurance for my child/ myself, and CAR Insurance. They were able to give me a cheaper car insurance quote then State Farm and still keep me at full coverage with rental coverage. Today is a great day thanks to Steven and Melodee Darrinngton at American Family Insurance.

Mr. Darrington helped me through a complex process with speed, flexibility and attentiveness. I'm sure my need for immediate help derailed his day, but he took the time out to call me several times and help me get things squared away properly for my insurance needs. I can't say enough good things about his customer service!
