The people who work here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I moved here and was confused about the process I needed for registration for my vehicle and plates, as well as documents for my auto refinance. In addition, I needed my Ohio license. Their patience was incredible, and they told me the order in which I needed to do everything and there was even an E check 5 min away. The whole thing only took 2 hours from start to finish, and I had planned to spend the whole day there. I cannot thank them enough!

Was there all day. People moving in people moving out. I thought it was a school or something people was taking classes staying like they was getting paid. I went to this location because it was close to my friends place. I go to the edgecliff location this is insane.

Some good staff and I really like the changes that theyve made in terms of being able to come in and hold your spot and leave and get texted later when you need to return
