We needed a last-minute, after-hours, critical overnight delivery from Ohio to New York, and we are beyond happy with the service!!! I would give 10 stars if it was possible!
Some pointers:
1. From the very first call, Eric (who took my call) was understanding and very compassionate to our needs. He got back to us in under 10 minutes that he found a driver. He also reassured us that he will be available throughout the night if we had any questions or wanted status updates.
2. Driver sent us picture of the loaded van before leaving (in all our stress, we forgot to even ask!)
4. We kept getting status updates throughout the night (updated ETAs, current MPH, current location)
4. Even though we wanted the delivery to be rushed, they kept all the safety rules (MPH: they track it and it was always in compliance!, DOT mandatory break, etc.) and still delivered a full 35 minutes before original ETA!
This place deserves a trophy!
